    If there is no wealth-poverty in the world, then everyone has an average of Rs. Has assets of 62.46 lakhs. If the annual income is evenly distributed, then Rs. 14.31 lakhs. These interesting figures are reflected in the recently released World Inequality Report 2021. However, the fact is that the poorest 50% of the world’s population owns barely 2% of the total wealth, while the richest 10% own 76% of the wealth. The remaining 22% is held by 40% of the middle class.

    • 2 billion in 40% middle class population and 51.7 million adults in top 10% rich population.
