PM’s address to the nation:Modi said- I apologize; After 14 months, the trio announced the withdrawal of new agricultural laws

  • Modi’s address to the nation for the 11th time in the Corona period

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the nation. PM Modi, in his inaugural address, wished the countrymen a happy Devadivali and Guru Nanak Jayanti. In his address, Prime Minister Modi said, “I have seen the challenges of farmers in detail. Efforts are being made by the government to address the challenges of small farmers. Modi further said that we have given priority to the interests of farmers. Modi has announced the repeal of all the three agricultural laws. The PM has also apologized to all the countrymen.

The three new agricultural laws that have been the cause of farmers’ agitation for the last one year have been withdrawn by the central government. Addressing the nation on Friday, Prime Minister Modi made this big announcement. In his 18-minute address, he said that the government had brought all the three agricultural laws with good intentions, but we could not explain this to the farmers.

Starting with the wishes of Prakash Parva,
Modi said in his address, “My dear countrymen, today is the holy festival of God Diwali. Today is also the holy festival of Guru Nanak Jayanti. I congratulate all the people of the world and all the countrymen. It is also very pleasing that the Kartarpur Sahib Corridor has reopened after a year and a half. Guru Nanak Devji has said that life is successful only by adopting the service of service in the world. Our government is working to make the life of the countrymen easier with the same service spirit. No matter how many generations have wanted to see dreams come true, India is trying to make them come true.

PM Modi announces withdrawal of agriculture law
PM Modi said that three laws were brought to improve agriculture. So that small farmers get more power. For years this demand has been made by the country’s farmers and experts, economists.
These laws were debated in Parliament when they were introduced. The country’s farmers and organizations welcomed and supported it. I am very grateful to everyone. Friends, our government is working for the welfare of farmers. For this reason, this law was brought in the interest of the agricultural world of the country, in the interest of the villagers, in the interest of the poor, with full cooperation, with noble intentions. But we have not been able to fully explain to some farmers what is in the interest of the farmers. Yet a section of the peasantry was protesting. We tried to negotiate. The matter also went to the Supreme Court. “We have decided to withdraw the agriculture law,” PM Modi said. Also PM Modi appealed to the farmers, you go back to your home, farm, come back among the family and make a fresh start.

The welfare of farmers is a top priority,
said the Prime Minister. When the country gave me the opportunity to serve the country as Prime Minister in 2014, we gave top priority to farmer welfare. Not many people know that 80 out of 100 farmers in the country are small farmers. They have less than 2 hectares of land. Their number is more than 100 million. The basis of their life is this small piece of land.
