Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Twitter account was hacked for some time late Saturday night. It was tweeted from their account to legalize Bitcoin. A link was also shared in this tweet. On which people were asked to claim bitcoin.
Account hacked for a while
Some people, after seeing this tweet, guessed that the Prime Minister’s Twitter account had been hacked. It was then reported from the Prime Minister’s Office that the PM’s account had been hacked for some time. “Ignore some of the tweets that have been made in the meantime,” the PMO said.
Account hacked at 2.11 pm
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official Twitter handle arenarendramodi was hacked late at night. The tweet was from the Prime Minister’s account at 2:11 p.m. In which it was claimed that, in the end, India has given legal recognition to Bitcoin. The government is selling 500 bitcoins and will distribute them among the citizens of the country. A scam link was also shared with this tweet. The tweet was deleted two minutes later. A similar tweet was then made again at 2:14 p.m.
