A grenade blast has taken place near the gate of an army camp in Pathankot, Punjab. According to the information received, the blast took place just as a biker was leaving. Pathankot SSP Lamba said police were investigating the incident and all CCTV footage was being checked.
The grenades were shattered after the blast.A grenade blast took place near Triveni Gate of Army Camp near Dheera Bridge in Pathankot on Monday night. The SSP himself rushed to the spot after the incident was reported. All the police in Pathankot and Punjab have been kept on high alert after the blast. In addition, security has been beefed up at Pathankot Air Force Station and Army Camp area.
