This year’s Diwali has been the best for business in the last 10 years. According to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAT), the Diwali trade is estimated to be worth over Rs 1.25 lakh crore. Which is the most business done during the Diwali season in last 10 years.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      According to CAT, last year’s Diwali saw a turnover of about Rs 72,000 crore. Before the Corona period, i.e. in the year 2019, this figure was 60 thousand crore rupees. About Rs 9,000 crore worth of gold and silver jewelery has been sold this year. Demand for this specialty has grown significantly as a result of recent corporate scandals. According to consultancy firm Counterpoint Research, the average price of a mobile phone has risen by 12 to 15 per cent for the first time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               The average price (ASP) of a mobile phone sold on Diwali is Rs 19,000. Last year it was 17 thousand rupees. And in 2019 it was 13 thousand rupees. Earlier, the CAT had estimated that a boycott of Chinese goods in various cities of the country, including Ahmedabad, had led to a huge loss of Rs 50,000 crore in Chinese imports this year.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      ” Trade will reach Rs 3 lakh crore by December ”                                                                                                                                                                                                    CAT Secretary General Praveen Khandelwal said that the total trade volume across the country is estimated to reach Rs 3 lakh crore by December 2021. This estimate is expected considering the wedding season and the festive season. Sales are expected to increase by Rs 75,000 crore from the marriage season starting November 14. Khandelwal said Ronak is back in the markets this Diwali after two years. We have set a target of reducing imports from China to 1.5 trillion by December 2022.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Record-breaking business this Diwali                                                                                                                                                                                                            ||    Year   ///   trade on Diwali  ||
