Step 1: First of all you click on this UIDAI website https://uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: Next, click on “Aadhaar Services ”.
Step 3: Then click on “Authentication History ”.
Step 4: There, enter your “12-digit Aadhaar Number or 16-digit Virtual ID” and “Security Code ”.
Step 5: After entering, click on the “Send OTP or Enter TOTP” button.
Step 6: After filling out all the information, click on the “Verify OTP/TOTP” button.
Step 7: Just do this process, and you will see the “Record List” of your Aadhaar card history.
